Windows System Administrator

Job Summary:

Key Accountabilities:

Domain Experience

1. At least five (5) years of technical IT security experience.
2. At least four (4) years of experience with public key infrastructure (PKI) / Certificate management tools.
3. Experience with a financial organization.

Technical Experience

1. Must possess excellent Windows and cloud administration experience including AD and policies.
2. Must have excellent experience in PKI setup and management and related aspects.
3. Experience implementing/administering the PKI setup.
4. Knowledge of PKI hardware (HSM) and token issuance support services are preferred.
5. Administer the PKI certificate lifecycle for various solutions.
6. Experience with Windows/Unix/AIX platforms.
7. Maintains PKI Certificate documentation, setup, maintain and administer any local Certificate Authority.
8. Experience in administration of certificate server solution.
9. Supports ad-hoc PKI administration activities of a non-standard nature as they are identified to meet the Information Security and Data Privacy Division.
10. Experience and understanding of compliance requirements of bank’s IT department.
11. Must have experience in PCI DSS and NESA related compliance requirements.
12. Experience in handling support cases in a high-pressure SLA bound environment.
13. ITIL process experience in an organization with more than 500 staff is preferred.
14. Good troubleshooting skills and logical approach towards problem solving.
15. Should have a good understanding of technical architecture and be able to discuss with the team in these matters.
16. Need to have exposure and experience in Unix/AIX and Windows platforms.
