As a Bilingual Wifi Support Engineer fluent in Arabic and English, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and troubleshooting assistance for wifi-related issues. You will work closely with clients to ensure they receive reliable and efficient wifi solutions while supporting our diverse user base.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot wifi network issues for clients in both Arabic and English.
• Ensure optimal performance and reliability of wifi networks.
• Configure and manage wifi access points, controllers, and related network equipment.
• Conduct site surveys to assess wifi coverage and identify potential issues.
• Analyze and resolve network connectivity and performance problems.
• Collaborate with network engineers and other team members to integrate wifi networks with existing infrastructure.
• Stay informed about the latest wifi technologies and solutions.
• Maintain documentation of network configurations, changes, and incidents.
• Provide training and technical assistance to clients and team members.

Requirements
