Job summary

Q-Express Documents Transport - G25 is seeking a Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) Coordinator to support the vendor accommodation audit program across the UAE. You will apply accommodation compliance standards, lead site-level assessments, and help drive safety and welfare improvements for workers housed in vendor-managed facilities.

The role reports to the WHS Manager, with responsibilities including planning audits, documenting findings, developing corrective actions, and tracking remediation

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, environmental science, engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in workplace health and safety, compliance auditing, or a related field.
Valid UAE driving license or willingness to obtain one; frequent field travel across UAE vendor sites.

Responsibilities

Conduct planned and ad-hoc accommodation audits across UAE vendor sites against AWS and UAE regulations.
Document audit findings and develop Corrective Action Plans with vendors.
Track remediation progress and elevate non-responsive vendors to senior stakeholders.
Monitor compliance metrics and create reports identifying trends.
