Role Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and driven Wholesale & Distribution Executive to represent Y&CO. in the B2B market. This person will be the key point of contact for all wholesale and distributor accounts, ensuring our products reach more retail locations and new markets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and approach potential distributors and wholesale buyers across UAE and GCC region
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients
3. Present the brand and product collections to potential partners
4. Negotiate pricing, order quantities, and delivery terms
5. Coordinate with internal teams on order fulfillment, logistics, and stock management
6. Monitor wholesale performance and ensure customer satisfaction
7. Regularly collect market insights and competitor information

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in wholesale, distribution, or B2B sales (experience in fashion, kidswear, or FMCG preferred)
2. Strong network of contacts within UAE/GCC distribution channels
3. Excellent negotiation and communication skills
4. Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven
5. Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
6. UAE driving license is a strong advantage
