Whole School Principal needed in Ras Al Khaimah for the next Academic Year
We are seeking an OUTSTANDING female Whole School Principal to join our client for the upcoming academic year. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership in a school within the GCC region, demonstrating a strong track record in academic and operational management. The school, located in Ras Al Khaimah, caters to approximately 1000 students, primarily local Arabic speakers. The staff is diverse, with both Arabic and expatriate members, and the school is committed to elevating its standards.
The successful candidate will be an effective leader who leads by example, fosters teamwork, and aims to enhance academic standards. The school offers significant growth potential and requires a leader with a "firm but fair" approach, capable of developing a strong internal team.
The candidate should have experience implementing positive change smoothly, without disrupting the current environment, and should be familiar with managing budgets, timetables, recruitment, policies, school improvement, teaching and learning, staff training, change management, and inspections. The school recently acquired new facilities, which the successful candidate will oversee.
This role is ideal for a leader who has successfully elevated a school's rating. Knowledge of the MOE Inspection framework is highly desirable. Apply now to secure an interview.
