Job Title: White Collar Recruiter

We are seeking a driven White Collar Recruiter with a strong agency background and experience handling diverse roles across industries. This position involves full-cycle recruitment responsibilities, reporting directly to the Recruitment Manager.

  1. Manage end-to-end recruitment for white-collar roles across multiple industries.
  2. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases.
  3. Screen and assess candidates based on job requirements and client expectations.
  4. Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer negotiations.
  5. Maintain relationships with both candidates and clients to ensure successful placements.
  6. Meet individual KPIs related to sourcing, submissions, interviews, and closures.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Experience working in a recruitment agency is mandatory.
  • Proven ability to recruit for multiple roles across different industries.
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
