Wellsite Engineering - Integrated Well Services

About the team

Our Integrated Well Services (IWS) team works onsite with our customers to support the installation, maintenance, and planning of our industry-leading products.

Partner with the best

As a Wellsite Engineer, you will be responsible for :

  1. Performing all onsite life extensions, repairs, and inspection-related service activities for installed fleets, including supervision of construction and commissioning of new and existing equipment. Activities include onsite machining, NDT, blading, winding, critical welding, and generator diagnostics. Ability to make engineering decisions.
  2. Presenting project plans, technical roadmaps, risks, and recommendations to senior business leaders (EB and SEB) within the technical space and occasionally to senior leaders in partner technical teams.
  3. Managing complex medium-term project processes, defining approaches due to customization to client needs.
  4. Handling important business unit clients with complex processes involving many stakeholders at the client side.
Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role, you will :

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a scientific discipline from an accredited university or have relevant industry experience.
  • Have drilling engineering experience with a customer or service provider.
  • Have integrated solutions experience.
  • Have LSTK experience.
  • Have a minimum of 10+ years of field experience.
  • Have a Well Design Engineer background from a reservoir technical perspective.
