Job summary

SIRO One Za’abeel in Dubai is seeking a skilled Beauty Therapist to deliver premium spa treatments and manage the Recovery Lab environment. You will ensure clean, well-stocked facilities and provide exceptional guest experiences within SIRO’s immersive wellness concept.

Requirements include fluent English, NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy, and at least 3 years in a spa setting. A professional image, flexibility for evenings and weekends, and interest in aesthetic treatments are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English written and spoken.
• NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant spa experience.
• Good knowledge of skin, skincare and body treatments.
• Previous experience as a beauty therapist.
• Interest in aesthetic and beauty treatments.
• Professional and polished appearance.
• Flexible schedule; evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist Recovery Manager in managing and delivering the Recover Lab services.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service.
• Manage treatment procedures; stay current with treatments and regulations.
• Handle bookings and consultation cards; ensure client experience is proficient.
• Respond to feedback and audits to drive service improvements.
• Ensure health, safety and COSHH compliance at all times.
• Support other duties as required by the manager.
