Key Qualifications & Skills
- Doctor or Master of Chiropractic (D.C. or MC) / Health Sciences / Sports Science or similar degree, equivalent in musculoskeletal medicine
- 2+ years proven experience performing spinal adjustments, holistic techniques, and treatment planning
- Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, coordinate teams, and oversee studio operations
- Exceptional communication, client-service orientation and leadership skills
- Organizational efficiency with strong attention to detail
- Flexibility to work varying hours—including early mornings, evenings, and weekends—to match studio needs
Responsibilities
- Conduct full patient evaluations: medical history, orthopaedic and neurological assessments
- Diagnose and treat neuromusculoskeletal issues using spinal adjustments, soft‑tissue therapy, trigger‑point work, hydro/electro‑therapies as needed
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, advising on posture, ergonomic adjustments, stretches, exercises, nutrition
- Educate clients on treatment rationale, lifestyle modifications, and self‑care
- Monitor and document treatment progress, maintain patient confidentiality in records
- Refer patients to physiotherapists, specialists, or imaging as needed
Studio Manager / Operations Responsibilities
- Staff scheduling and rostering: manage shifts for therapists, trainers, reception, ensuring appropriate coverage
- Operational oversight: maintain smooth daily operations, client flow, and treatment room readiness
- Client experience & bookings: manage scheduling systems, consultations, follow‑ups, and handle client feedback professionally
- Team leadership: supervise staff, conduct regular briefings, performance coaching, and ensure service standards are met
- Inventory & facility upkeep: monitor supplies (towels, sanitization, wellness equipment), coordinate maintenance and cleanliness
- Reporting & financial oversight: track session occupancy, revenue KPIs, and prepare monthly operational performance summaries
- Health, safety & compliance: ensure adherence to cleanliness protocols, DHA health regulations, and workplace safety standards
