Welfare Officer (HR & Admin Construction)
Job description
Job Responsibilities:- Oversee employee welfare, accommodations, and grievance handling for blue-collar workers.
- Ensure compliance with MOHRE, WPS, and UAE labor laws.
- Manage camp facilities (hygiene, safety, maintenance) and resolve worker concerns.
- Coordinate with PRO for labor cards, visas, and medical insurance.
- Organize training, safety briefings, and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain records of attendance, leave, and disciplinary actions.
Requirements:- 2+ years in HR/Admin within UAE construction.
- Knowledge of labor welfare policies and camp management.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills (English; Hindi/Urdu preferred).
