Dolphin Thermal Solutions in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Welding Supervisor to lead automated orbital and manual welding crews fabricating pressure vessels and heat exchangers. You will enforce WPS/PQR compliance on every joint and coordinate with QA/QC to maintain schedules for ASME U2-certified equipment.

Responsibilities include supervising welding crews, reviewing welder qualifications, scheduling NDT, and driving root-cause corrective actions while reporting progress to the project manager.

Formación

• Diploma or trade certification in welding technology or mechanical engineering.
• 5+ years welding supervision experience in pressure vessel or heat exchanger fabrication.
• Working knowledge of ASME U2 Section IX welding qualifications.
• Experience with orbital welding equipment is an advantage.
• CSWIP or equivalent welding inspection certification preferred.
• Available for shift work at the Mussafah facility.
