Job Title: Welding Leadman
Experience: Minimum 5 years (Indian experience also accepted)
Age Limit: Below 49 years
Salary: 60000Rs Per Month
Location: Dubai

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise and coordinate welding activities to ensure high-quality work and compliance with project specifications.
  2. Assign tasks to welders and monitor their performance ensuring adherence to safety and industry standards.
  3. Read and interpret blueprints, welding procedures, and technical drawings to guide team members.
  4. Conduct inspections on welding materials and equipment to ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
  5. Train and mentor junior welders, improving their skills and efficiency.
  6. Maintain proper documentation of welding procedures, progress reports, and inspection records.
  7. Identify and troubleshoot welding defects, ensuring corrective measures are implemented effectively.
  8. Ensure proper use of welding equipment, tools, and personal protective gear to maintain a safe working environment.
  9. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other departments to meet production schedules and deadlines.
  10. Enforce workplace safety guidelines and regulatory compliance, conducting regular safety meetings and audits.
