About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Welding Engineer to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Welding Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing welding processes, ensuring quality standards, and driving continuous improvement in our welding operations.

• Develop and implement welding procedures and specifications for various projects
• Analyze and troubleshoot welding-related issues to improve efficiency and quality
• Conduct weld inspections and oversee quality control processes
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure welding requirements are met
• Stay up-to-date with the latest welding technologies and industry standards
• Train and mentor welding technicians and operators
• Manage welding documentation and maintain accurate records
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry codes
• Optimize welding processes to increase productivity and reduce costs
• Participate in project planning and provide technical expertise to cross-functional teams

What do we need from you

• Bachelor's degree in Welding Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 - 15 years of experience in welding engineering, preferably in Steel Bridges or Steel Structures
• Must have AWS or CSWIP 3.2 Certification
• Experience with AWS D1.5
• Valid UAE Driving License
