Job Description

1. Set up, operate, and maintain MIG welding equipment
2. Interpret and work from engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding specifications
3. Weld mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum with precision
4. Ensure welds meet quality standards and dimensional accuracy
5. Conduct pre-weld setup and post-weld cleanup
6. Identify and resolve defects or inconsistencies during welding
7. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
8. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
9. Report any machine malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor
10. Follow all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in MIG welding
2. Ability to weld different materials such as mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
3. Should be able to read and interpret basic drawings/blueprints
4. Familiarity with welding safety standards and PPE usage
5. GCC (Gulf) experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
6. Basic understanding of English or Hindi (spoken)
7. Willing to attend an offline trade test in Delhi or Mumbai
8. Physically fit and capable of handling workshop tasks
