About The Role

As a Weddings & Social Events Assistant Manager, you will maximize revenue opportunities in the areas of weddings, social events and & Events Sales reservations by driving sales leads and increasing conversions. The Weddings & Social Events Assistant Manager will interact frequently with guests with the intention of earning repeat and expanded business.

About You

The ideal candidate should have 2–4 years of experience in Wedding & Events Sales, event planning, or hospitality, with a preference for a degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field. They should possess advanced proficiency in the Opera system for reservations and event management, strong organizational and multitasking skills, and exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities. The candidate must also have attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, and a thorough understanding of event planning and hospitality sales processes. Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
