Job summary

Liali Events Organizing is seeking a creative Content Creator in Dubai to produce high-quality photo and video content for weddings and corporate events. You will capture moments, edit reels, stories, and TikTok clips, and help grow brand awareness and inquiries.

You will manage daily content calendars, stay on-trend with social media formats, and contribute to a premium visual portfolio. Experience in weddings, events, hospitality, or fashion is preferred, and UAE driving license is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Event Content Creation: attend events and capture photos/videos, behind-the-scenes content, and highlight moments.
• Social Media Content: develop daily/weekly content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms; write captions and CTAs.
• Video Editing: edit reels/tiktoks and promotional videos with music, transitions, subtitles, and branding.
• Lead Generation Content: create content designed to generate inquiries and showcase services, projects and capabilities.
• Brand Development: maintain consistent branding and build a premium visual portfolio.

The Content Creator will be responsible for creating high-quality photo, video, Reels, Stories, TikTok, and social media content for weddings, corporate events, birthdays, celebrations, and other projects.

The ideal candidate understands the wedding and events industry, knows how to capture emotional and visually attractive moments, and can turn event experiences into content that increases brand awareness, engagement, inquiries, and sales leads.

The Content Creator will be responsible for creating high-quality photo, video, Reels, Stories, TikTok, and social media content for weddings, corporate events, birthdays, celebrations, and other projects.

The ideal candidate understands the wedding and events industry, knows how to capture emotional and visually attractive moments, and can turn event experiences into content that increases brand awareness, engagement, inquiries, and sales leads.

Key Responsibilities

1. Event Content Creation

• Attend weddings, corporate events, celebrations, and company projects.
• Capture professional photos and videos before, during, and after events.
• Create behind-the-scenes content showing event preparation and production.
• Capture décor, stages, flowers, lighting, furniture, entertainment, and guest experiences.
• Capture emotional and important wedding moments in an attractive way.
• Create short-form vertical videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Stories.

2. Social Media Content

• Develop daily and weekly content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Create engaging Reels, Stories, posts, and short videos.
• Follow current social media trends and adapt them to weddings and events.
• Write attractive captions, headlines, hooks, and calls-to-action.
• Help develop monthly content calendars.

3. Video Editing

• Edit Reels, TikToks, promotional videos, event highlights, and behind-the-scenes videos.
• Add music, transitions, subtitles, graphics, and branding.
• Produce fast-turnaround content during and immediately after events.
• Create high-quality promotional videos that can be used for advertising campaigns.

4. Lead Generation Content

• Create content designed to generate wedding and event inquiries.
• Highlight the company's services, packages, projects, and unique capabilities.
• Produce before/after transformation videos.
• Create customer testimonials and event review content.
• Develop content that encourages potential clients to contact the company through WhatsApp or other channels.

5. Brand Development

• Maintain consistent company branding across all content.
• Ensure that the company's work is presented professionally and at a premium visual standard.
• Build a strong visual portfolio of completed weddings and events.
• Identify opportunities to showcase the company's creativity, production capabilities, and services.

Event-Day Responsibilities

• Arrive early for setup and preparation.
• Coordinate with the event planner and production team.
• Capture content throughout the event.
• Work around guests, photographers, videographers, and production crews professionally.
• Capture important moments without disturbing the event.
• Deliver selected urgent content during or immediately after the event when required.
• Work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours according to the event schedule.

Required Skills

• Strong photography and videography skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Instagram Reels, TikTok, Stories, and short-form video.
• Strong video editing skills.
• Knowledge of CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar software.
• Excellent sense of composition, lighting, angles, and storytelling.
• Strong understanding of social media trends.
• Ability to create content quickly under pressure.
• Creative eye for luxury weddings, décor, fashion, flowers, stages, and events.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2–4+ years of experience in content creation, preferably in weddings, events, hospitality, luxury, fashion, or entertainment.
• Strong portfolio of previous work is required.
• Experience filming weddings and live events is highly preferred.
• Experience managing social media content is an advantage.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
