Web & Mobile App Designer - UI/UX- Banking

We are currently looking for Web & Mobile App Designer for our UAE operations with the following Skill set and terms & conditions.

Requirements:

1. Staying up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends and industry best practices.
2. Proven ability to deliver high quality designs to customers.
3. A team player who can easily adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
4. Expert level skills in Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Figma, and other relevant design tools.
5. Experience in BFSI industry designing mobile banking apps and web applications for 5-6 years.
6. Experience in designing the Digital onboarding journey of New To Bank customers using mobile banking app.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop intuitive, usable, and engaging interactions and visual designs for mobile.
2. Develop wireframes and prototypes to outline the app's layout and functionality, providing a blueprint for development.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to translate design concepts into functional mobile apps.
4. Participate in the development process from definition, through design, build, test, release, and maintenance.
5. Present user interface concepts and designs clearly and effectively to the development team for implementation, incorporating feedback, and iterating designs as needed.
6. Work closely with Front-end engineers to ensure seamless implementation of design requirements, providing necessary design assets, and ensuring the design vision is maintained in the final product.
7. Conduct usability testing and user research to gather insights and data.
