Roles and Responsibilities:

• Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive websites and landing pages with meticulous attention to detail.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using modern HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and advanced frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Vue.js with a minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably within the real estate industry.

• Implement advanced CSS techniques including Flexbox, Grid, animations, and transitions to bring designs to life.

• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design across all devices and screen sizes.

• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to understand design intent and implement interactive prototypes and micro-interactions.

• Optimize website performance, loading speeds, and implement modern web performance best practices (Core Web Vitals, lazy loading, code splitting).

• Implement modern CSS frameworks and styling solutions (Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, CSS Modules, or SCSS).

• Work with modern build tools and bundlers (Webpack, Vite, Parcel) to optimize development workflows.

• Integrate third-party APIs and tools to enhance website functionality and user experience.

• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve front-end issues across different browsers and devices.

• Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to improve website conversion rates and user engagement.

• Maintain and update CMS-based websites with a focus on front-end customization and theme development.

• Ensure compliance with web accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO best practices.

• Implement advanced JavaScript functionalities, form validations, and interactive elements.

• Strong background in building high-converting, visually appealing landing pages optimized for lead generation.

• Experience with modern CSS preprocessors, PostCSS, and CSS-in-JS solutions.

• Stay updated with the latest front-end development trends, design systems, and emerging technologies.

Good to Have Skillset:

• Experience with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for better design-to-code workflow.

• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP, Lottie).

• Experience with TypeScript for enhanced JavaScript development.

• Familiarity with modern state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, Context API).

• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git/GitHub and collaborative workflows.

• Backend development experience using PHP, Node.js, or other relevant technologies.

• Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
