Job Purpose:
- Achieve financial goals set for the role by the business, including x-sell and up-sell of products to existing and new-to-bank customers, aligned with annual and monthly targets.
- Ensure clients are fully aware of all financial services offered by the bank.
- Source new business from HNW Mashreq Gold individuals through referrals, marketing activities, and personal contacts.
- Enhance Mashreq Gold Balance sheet sales and revenues, promoting cross-selling of bank products to all existing clients.
- Provide personalized service to a portfolio of HNW clients to develop close relationships, maximize profitable contributions, and retain their loyalty and respect.
Knowledge, Experience, and Skills:
- Maintain proactive contact with clients to foster relationships and minimize attrition.
- Enhance market profile and awareness of the bank's offerings.
- Safeguard the bank from potential losses, AML fraud, and ensure ethical behavior during and after sales activities.
- Deliver a superior customer service experience, proactively addressing issues.
- Acquire new to bank HNW clients.
- Maximize profitability from the Gold client base while countering competition from other providers offering alternative investments and wealth management opportunities.
- Achieve revenue goals, sales, and portfolio growth targets across various products and services.
- Communicate effectively with HNW clients to identify their financial needs.
- Optimize the value of the client base through the delivery of Mashreq Gold products and services.
Skills / Experience:
- University graduate.
- Strong selling skills and financial markets knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity.
- Relationship management and networking skills.
- Extroverted and amiable personality.
- Minimum of 5-6 years experience in a similar role with another bank or financial services provider in the UAE.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- CISI Level 1 certification.
