Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and client-focused Wealth Planning Consultant to join our advisory and sales team, specializing in high-net-worth (HNW) clientele. This role will focus on developing and managing business opportunities across the EMEA and Asia region, collaborating closely with private banks, family offices, and professional intermediaries.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering sophisticated legacy planning and advanced financing strategies that incorporate life insurance as a key component. This position demands a combination of technical expertise, client engagement skills, and regional market understanding.

Role 1 : Focus - Middle East & Geneva

Role 2 : Focus - Southeast Asia & North Asia

Key Responsibilities

  • Build & Maintain Strategic Relationships

Develop and strengthen partnerships with private bankers, legal advisors, wealth managers, and tax consultants to position the firm as a trusted advisor in estate and legacy planning.

  • Drive Business Development
  • Identify and qualify prospective clients by working with referral sources. Provide consultative support to uncover client needs and develop customized life insurance and estate planning strategies.

  • Identify Client Opportunities
  • Work with referral sources to uncover HNW client needs and qualify opportunities. Lead planning discussions and provide tailored recommendations aligned with client goals and jurisdictional considerations.

  • Lead Client Engagements
  • Attend client meetings (both independently and with referral partners) to assess client goals, present holistic planning concepts, and explain how life insurance can support wealth preservation and succession planning.

  • Deliver Bespoke Planning Solutions
  • Effectively communicate technical planning strategies to HNW clients in a manner that is professional, clear, and aligned with their family, business, and tax objectives.

  • Manage Sales Pipeline
  • Track and manage prospective client opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up, internal coordination, and progress reporting.

  • Partner Enablement & Training
  • Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing forums for bankers and other referral partners, enhancing their awareness of planning opportunities and equipping them to identify suitable prospects.

    Qualifications & Experience

  • Educational Background
  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution. A background in law, finance, wealth planning, or business is preferred.

  • Industry Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in estate planning, private banking, life insurance, or wealth advisory—preferably with exposure to HNW clients across multiple jurisdictions

  • Multilingual Capability
  • For Middle East & Geneva Role : English (required), Arabic or French (preferred)

    For Southeast Asia & North Asia Role : English (required), Mandarin(preferred)

  • Independent & Entrepreneurial
  • Self-driven and able to work autonomously while aligning with broader team goals. Demonstrates initiative and a business development mindset

  • Ability to analyze complex family, tax, and succession situations and present solutions clearly and credibly to discerning clients and professionals.
