Job summary

Dicetek LLC in Dubai is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead complex initiatives from initiation through delivery. You will develop detailed plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage scope, schedule, and budget to achieve project goals.

The role requires strong communication and leadership, with the ability to mitigate risks, engage stakeholders, and ensure governance and quality throughout the project lifecycle. A PMP/PRINCE2 background is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, management, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of project planning and tracking tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving and risk management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under deadlines.
• PMP/PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor project activities to ensure successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates to management.
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and implement mitigation plans.
• Manage resource allocation and ensure efficient utilization.
• Conduct meetings, prepare minutes of meeting (MOMs), and follow up on action items.
• Ensure quality standards, compliance, and project governance are maintained.
• Handle stakeholder communication and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support procurement, budgeting, and reporting where required.
