Job summary

Citi is seeking a motivated Business Analyst – Data & Reporting to support the Wealth Management team in Dubai. You will design and publish daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS dashboards, analyze data to identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to leadership to guide strategy and growth.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to tailor reports, automate processes, ensure data accuracy, and maintain timeliness while adhering to Code of Conduct.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of financial planning or related reporting experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of tax laws and financial markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and centrally publish daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS dashboards.
• Analyse sales data to identify trends, track progress against goals, and provide actionable insights to Wealth Management leadership.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and tailor reports accordingly.
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline reporting processes to boost efficiency.
• Respond to ad-hoc data requests and perform deep-dive analyses for product, region, or client segments.
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of all published data and reports.
• Maintain adherence to Code of Conduct.
