Prestige IFA Jobs is delighted to be representing our client, an established international wealth management business, in the search for an experienced Private Wealth Adviser to join its Dubai operation.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced adviser who is commercially driven, enjoys developing new business and is looking to build a successful career working with international and expatriate clients.

The Opportunity

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and growing their own client portfolio, identifying new opportunities and building long-term relationships with internationally mobile and high-earning individuals.

Our client provides advisers with access to a fully licensed, multi-jurisdictional platform, together with centralised compliance, operations and paraplanning support. This enables advisers to concentrate on what matters most — building relationships, providing quality advice and growing their business.

The role is particularly suited to an adviser who enjoys both client acquisition and long-term relationship management, with success measured through client acquisition, retention, recurring revenue growth and positive client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a personal client portfolio
• Generate new business through referrals, professional networks, events and proactive outreach
• Identify and convert prospective clients into long-term advisory relationships
• Build, retain and deepen relationships with existing clients
• Develop opportunities through professional introducers, networking and the wider group's marketing activity
• Take responsibility for generating and developing new business opportunities

Financial Advice & Planning

• Provide holistic financial advice across investments, pensions, protection, tax and estate planning
• Develop appropriate financial planning strategies based on individual client objectives and circumstances
• Advise internationally mobile clients with assets, income or family interests across multiple jurisdictions
• Conduct regular client reviews and adapt financial plans as objectives, circumstances and markets change
• Build long-term relationships based on quality advice and exceptional client service
