Job description

We are Hiring Kitchen Equipment Technician Dubai

Main Responsibilities

1. Ensure smooth administration of the Engineering Department to the standards required by the Hotel.
2. Provide courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service at all times, via phone or in person.
3. Have knowledge of repair and maintenance of both hot and cold kitchen equipment such as chillers, freezers, dishwashers, glass washers, gas cooking equipment, and all types of ovens.
4. Attend to repairs and maintenance of laundry and kitchen equipment, both electric and gas.
5. Be responsible for operation, repairs, and maintenance of all ovens, dishwashers, stoves, and other electric and gas kitchen equipment.
6. Assist with the installation of new or additional kitchen equipment, providing technical know-how.
7. Perform equipment repairs following manufacturer’s recommendations.
