About Us:

Al Maha Properties is a dynamic and growing organization in the Real Estate sector, committed to excellence, innovation and integrity. We are currently seeking a detail oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day accounting transactions and ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations and general ledger.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management
• Liaise with auditors, banks and government authorities when required.
• Ensure timely filing of VAT returns and other statutory reports.

Skills

Requirements:

• Bachelors’ degree in accounting and Finance or related field.
• Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in UAE
• Proficient in accounting software (Pact, Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho & ERP systems)
• Solid knowledge of UAE tax laws and accounting standards
• Strong analytical and problem – solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Age band: 35 – 45 years
• Qualifications:
• Experience in Real Estate sector is an advantage
• Familiarity with WPS, payroll or inventory accounting
