Waterjet Operators

Description

We are seeking experienced Waterjet Operators to join our team in the Gulf region. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in operating waterjet cutting machines, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate waterjet cutting machines according to specifications and production requirements.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to ensure precise cuts.
• Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor the cutting process to ensure quality standards are met and make adjustments as necessary.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a clean working environment.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in operating Waterjet Machines (composites, metal, marble)
• Knowledge of machine settings, offsets, and parameter adjustments
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or other 2D CAD software
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Good mechanical aptitude, analytical skills, and attention to detail

Qualification:

• High School Diploma or CNC Certificate
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience
