• Technical Assistance : Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with water treatment equipment, providing effective solutions and repairs.
• Maintenance and Repairs : Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on electro-mechanical systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate records of service activities, including work orders, service reports, and customer interactions.
