Job summary

Sener is seeking a seasoned Water Sector Lead to guide delivery of complex water infrastructure projects across the UAE and wider region. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, drive design excellence, manage bids, and foster client relationships while advancing business development initiatives.

The role requires a Master’s in water/environmental engineering, PMP or equivalent, and at least 15 years of experience in water projects within engineering consultancy.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in water engineering or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in water infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and bid activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of water infrastructure projects across full lifecycle.
• Manage multidisciplinary engineering and project teams.
• Oversee planning, budgeting, risk, and schedule performance.
• Act as primary client contact with authorities and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, technical, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead technical and commercial bid preparations and proposals.
