Job summary

Responsibilities include monitoring premises, basic preventive maintenance, minor electrical/plumbing/AC repairs, and reporting issues promptly. Candidates should be English-speaking, physically fit, and under 40; ITI or diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of residential watchman experience.
• Basic technical knowledge of Electrical, Plumbing, and AC systems.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Physically fit and flexible for emergency duties.
• Age below 40 years preferred.
• Nationality: Open to all nationalities.
• Intermediate or ITI qualification preferred.
