Job summary

Emirates Properties in Dubai, UAE seeks a Watchman to monitor and maintain residential and commercial buildings. Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Watchman/Caretaker.


• Immediate joiners only.


• Age limit: Below 40 years.


• Malayalam or Tamil language proficiency is mandatory.


• Basic English communication skills.


• Previous UAE experience is preferred.


• Experience in monitoring and maintaining residential/commercial buildings.


• Basic knowledge of building maintenance, including plumbing, electrical and wiring, lift operations, fire & life safety systems, parking area management, and general building maintenance.


• Able to identify minor maintenance issues and perform basic repairs or coordinate with the maintenance team when required.


• Physically fit, reliable, responsible, trustworthy, and willing to work flexible shifts.
