Watch Technician- Luxury Watches

As a Watch Technician, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the most prestigious and sought-after timepieces in the world. Your expertise and attention to detail will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and authenticity of our luxury watches.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect and evaluate luxury watches for any defects or damage

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of luxury watches

Identify and troubleshoot complex mechanical issues in timepieces

Disassemble, clean, and reassemble watches using specialized tools

Work with various parts and materials, including precious metals and gemstones

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate repairs

Keep detailed records of all watch repairs and maintenance

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies in watchmaking

Provide exceptional customer service and handle inquiries and concerns from clients

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; further education in watchmaking or related field preferred

2 years of experience as a watch technician, preferably with luxury watches

Knowledge of mechanical, quartz, and automatic watch movements

Strong understanding of watch components and functions

Familiarity with a variety of tools and equipment used in watchmaking

Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity

Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve effectively

Excellent time-management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines

Strong communication and customer service skills
