Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC) is seeking a Retail Sales Representative in Dubai to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will support store operations, maintain visuals, and contribute to team targets while absorbing responsibilities in the Store Manager’s absence.

Qualifications

• High School Degree.
• 1–2 years of retail sales experience.
• Good verbal communication skills and ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours.
• An eye for fashion trends and a friendly demeanor.
• Capable of some heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service at all times by being knowledgeable about product categories and assisting customers professionally.
• Assist the Store Manager with daily operations including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales goals and upsell gift cards during transactions.
• Ensure compliance with in-store pricing and ticketing to prevent loss and follow company policies.
• Maintain store standards and cleanliness to create a sparkling, organized environment.
• Train new staff on POS operations and manage corrective actions at the POS.
