To ensure that warehouse operation is running efficiently and effectively and that customer service levels are being constantly improved, all warehousing reporting and information requirements are being met daily. Maintain the highest regard for safety within the operation.

About The Job

• The team leader is responsible for all the day-to-day planning, operations, communication, and problem-solving within the team.
• Direct warehouse employees in proper storage, inventory management, and handling of goods within specified productivity and quality standards.
• Support administration requirements such as documentation, billing, and reporting for smooth operations.
• Ensure that all material handling equipment (MHE) and other warehouse tools are maintained and managed properly, work instructions are followed, and the warehouse operates efficiently with a zero-error approach, while providing expected customer service levels.
• Focus on Continuous Improvement Processes (CIP).
• Communicate and enforce health and safety standards.
• Meet daily warehouse reporting and information requirements and communicate effectively with internal/external stakeholders.
• Recommend measures to improve service quality, increase efficiency, and optimize equipment performance.
• Plan and execute stock counts and internal audits regularly to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Serve as the contact for customer inquiries and complaints.
• Perform additional assignments as directed by supervisors or managers.
• Participate as a member of the HSE committee, addressing health and safety requirements, monitoring, investigating, and reporting on HSE matters, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

About You

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum 2 years in warehousing, with knowledge of safety and legal documentation processes.

Proficiency in warehouse management systems, email, and Microsoft Office.

Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
