Job description

Job Purpose:

To carry out day - to – day operational activities within the warehouse in an efficient and accurate manner.

Job Duties:

• Update and/ or create reports such as Inbound and Outbound Report and databases like Inbound claims file and Stop-to-fix activities in ERS and SAPA for inbound claim parts
• Perform stock checks for outbound claims and provide response accordingly
• Handle cycle count & Create deliveries as per sales order
• Monitor KPI’s for both Inbound and Outbound
• Perform 5s Checks on a daily basis & perform NOS audit as per schedule.
• Manpower Planning – Decides on number of manpower required to meet monthly warehouse operations targets and ensure operational efficiency basing on historical and actual data such as leave and absenteeism history, fluctuation in volumes, etc.
• Resolves escalated issues pertaining to warehouse and client complaints
• Resolve errors in outbound deliveries
• Respond to email concerns of customer service and transport departments
• Should have EWM/SAP knowledge
• Handle all warehouse operations system work Communication Cascade – Initiates/ leads group meetings amongst warehouse associates for any pertinent information required to be conveyed to them
• Communicates constantly with other departments for any operational issues
• Carry out Ad hoc operational responsibilities

Skill & Job Requirements:

• Requires a minimum educational level of 12th grade, with minimum 3 years first- hand experience in warehouse operations and systems
• Basic knowledgeable in MS Office
• Automobile spare parts logistics knowledge preferable.
• Should possess EWM/SAP knowledge
