Job Title: Data Analyst – Warehouse

Company: Gadget Candy Group

Job Summary:

Gadget Candy Group is looking for a proactive Warehouse Systems Analyst to manage and improve warehouse data activities at our Sharjah facility. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling inventory data, updating product information (including prices and offers), using barcode scanning tools, monitoring sales associate performance, and supporting supply chain operations with smart data insights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and manage inventory movement and stock levels

- Scan and upload product details using barcode systems

- Enter product information in the system (including prices and promotional offers)

- Track and report sales associate performance based on store data

- Analyze stock trends to support replenishment and avoid overstocking or shortages

- Work with the purchasing and warehouse teams to improve daily operations

- Assist in developing simple reports to show stock status, best-selling products, and warehouse performance

- Support strategy teams with basic market data and sales trend insights

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field

- Experience in warehouse or inventory data handling preferred

- Good skills in Excel and basic understanding of data tools (e.g., Power BI or Tableau is a plus)

- Familiarity with ERP systems and barcode scanning devices

- Ability to work independently, manage time well, and spot data issues quickly

- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
