Warehouse Supervisor - UAE

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees the daily operations of receiving, warehousing, and distribution. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient storage, accurate handling, and timely dispatch of a variety of products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise warehouse activities in line with company policies and objectives.
2. Oversee receiving, storage, order picking, and shipping operations.
3. Assist in organizing the warehouse layout and optimizing space usage.
4. Implement and uphold operational procedures and best practices.
5. Ensure compliance with warehousing, handling, and shipping regulations.
6. Maintain standards for health, safety, hygiene, and security.
7. Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory accuracy using warehouse systems.
8. Assist in monitoring warehouse budget and controlling operational costs.
9. Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and logistics partners.
10. Schedule shifts, assign daily tasks, and evaluate staff performance.
11. Support in hiring, onboarding, coaching, and motivating warehouse staff.
12. Generate routine reports and metrics (e.g., inbound/outbound status, slow-moving stock).
13. Collect feedback and monitor the quality of warehouse services.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in warehouse operations, including supervisory experience.
3. Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures and industry best practices.
4. Demonstrated ability to support and implement process improvements.
5. Solid understanding of key warehousing KPIs.
6. Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and databases.
7. Fluency in both Arabic and English is required
