Job summary

PolyFab Plastic Industry LLC in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage a large central warehouse supporting plant operations. You will oversee inventory, receiving, storage, packing and dispatch, ensuring accuracy and compliance with 5S and safety standards.

The ideal candidate holds a graduate degree with at least 5 years in warehouse and logistics, and has knowledge of UAE import/export procedures and local regulations. This role is on site in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehouse, stores and logistics operations.
• Experience managing a large central warehouse is preferred.
• Knowledge of UAE import/export procedures and customs clearance.
• Familiarity with UAE transport and logistics regulations (RTA).
• Strong communication, coordination and team supervision skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse, stores, inventory and logistics operations.
• Manage receipt, inspection, unloading, storage, labeling, packing and dispatch.
• Ensure accurate inventory records and perform FIFO; conduct cycle counts.
• Support import/export procedures and coordination with logistics providers.
• Train staff on 5S, safety and company policies.
• Maintain ISO documentation and HSE compliance.
• Coordinate daily work with warehouse staff and laborers.
