We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily warehousing activities. You will implement production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards, aiming to achieve optimal volume within set time limits. Ultimately, you should ensure that daily operations meet or exceed performance expectations and contribute to increasing the company's overall market share.

Responsibilities

1. Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring the quality of goods.
2. Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee performance.
3. Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas.
4. Ensure accuracy in shipments and inventory transactions.
5. Communicate job expectations and coach employees.
6. Determine staffing levels and assign workloads.
7. Interface with customers to answer questions or resolve issues.
8. Maintain records and documents, and utilize reports to project warehouse status.
9. Identify areas for improvement and establish or adjust work procedures and practices.
10. Coordinate activities with other departments.
