Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to lead and coordinate warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient handling, storage and distribution of medical devices. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience and leadership capabilities.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, labelling and shipping of medical devices and consumables.
• Oversee preparation and dispatch of products, ensuring accuracy and packaging per client-specific requirements and sterile transport protocols.
• Lead and support warehouse staff, delegating tasks, providing training and ensuring adherence to performance standards and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, safety standards, and medical device regulations.
• Monitor and manage inventory, conducting cycle counts, stock audits and timely reconciliation of discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of inventory movements and warehouse activities in coordination with inventory management systems.
• Coordinate maintenance and operation of warehouse equipment ensuring safety and functionality.
• Implement and promote best practices in space utilization, cleanliness and warehouse organization.
• Act as point of contact for resolving escalated warehouse issues and special logistics requests.
• Support process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and service quality across warehouse functions.

Requirements:

• 6 years’ experience in warehouse including at least 3 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• At least 2-3 years of UAE experience.
• Experience in the healthcare or medical devices sector highly preferred.
• Familiarity with WMS/ERP systems preferably Microsoft Dynamics and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, leadership and communication skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, accuracy and team collaboration.
