Accomplishes warehouse human resources objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions; recommending compensation actions; and adhering to policies and procedures.

Meets warehouse operation standards by contributing warehouse information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards; resolving problems; and identifying warehouse system improvements.

Possesses a positive attitude and can identify operational issues and solve them accordingly.

FIFO-based warehouse monitoring of inventories.

Keeps equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, and calling for repairs as needed.
