Overview
Warehouse Supervisor – responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, inventory control, and staff management in the United Arab Emirates.
Responsibilities
- Oversee warehouse operations, manage inventory and logistics using SAP Extended Warehouse Management, ensure compliance with safety standards, and supervise staff.
- Manage warehouse operations, ensure health and safety compliance, provide coaching, and utilize warehouse management systems with strong communication skills.
- Optimize warehouse management, improve logistics and inventory processes, and lead a team to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage inventory control, supplier relations while ensuring compliance and optimizing procurement strategies for efficiency.
- Manage inventory records, coordinate equipment logistics, and ensure quality standards while possessing a high school diploma and forklift experience.
- Receive materials, perform inventory management, data entry, and reporting, requiring attention to detail and teamwork skills.
- Lead and manage store staff, maintain stock reports, resolve discrepancies, and require strong inventory management skills with immediate availability.
- Oversee receiving, distribution, and daily warehousing operations while implementing policies and procedures; requires Bachelor's degree and relevant experience.
- Support warehouse operations by managing cargo handling, conducting stock checks, training staff, and ensuring proper storage and cleanliness.
- Manage logistics, inventory, and warehouse operations while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and implementing process improvements in supply chain management.
- Supervise warehouse activities, manage inventory control, utilize warehouse management systems, and ensure efficient order fulfillment while maintaining safety protocols.
- Responsible for strategic and operational warehouse management, logistics, inventory control, and customer complaint resolution while optimizing processes and costs.
- Manage logistics, inventory, procurement and site teams, and maintain compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma and forklift experience.
- Experience with SAP and construction projects.
- Bachelor's degree and relevant experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Industry experience in food safety, perfume industry, or heavy equipment handling preferred.
- Valid forklift license.
- Experience in procurement strategy and vendor coordination.
- Proactive approach to logistics coordination, customs clearance, and warehousing operations.
