Qualifications

• Graduate with 5-7 years of experience in stores and logistics.
• Knowledge of RTA rules and logistics service providers in UAE.
• Familiarity with export/import procedures and customs clearance.

Job description

· Responsible for effective functioning of stores, inventory management and logistics including import / export

Job Profile

· Plans and performs work that involves receiving, inspecting, returning, unloading, shelving, packing, labeling and delivering

· Ensure proper storing of materials to enable easy identification and traceability

· Clears GRN of all purchase goods within Lead-time

· Maintains a perpetual inventory of RM and FG and plans for replenishment

· Generates PR at re-order level and coordinates with purchase for replenishment

· Maintains FIFO in receiving and issuing of materials.

· Analyses stock and takes necessary action on disposal of non-moving stock with the approval from management

· Maintains stock as per the books

· Periodically, checks physical inventory with respect to books and declares variation including damage items and gets it approved for stock adjustment

· Arranges to pick stocks as per dispatch packing slips, generates DO arranges for packing and dispatch

· Ensures no sales return from customer by ensuring right materials are picked and sent as per the order

· Ensure proper loading and unloading of materials to have zero wastage at stores

Others

· Handles walk in customer

· Trains the store Employees on the product and store procedures

· Ensures employees are following all HSE procedures as per the policy of the company

· In House transactions production related.

· Safety Training – 5S

· Coordination with staff & laborers

· Availability of minimum stocks as planned

· Stock as per the books

· Deliveries as per the schedule

· Reduction of inventory carrying cost

Desired Candidate Profile

· Graduate with 5-7 years of experience in stores and logistics

· Knowledge about the RTA rules and regulation in UAE market with respect to logistics, logistics service providers in the region

· Export import procedures and policies in UAE

· Knowledge on customs clearance, export import policies and procedures

· Good in communication
