Job summary

Cable Solutions Worldwide is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to support the General Manager in delivering safe, efficient, and customer-focused warehouse operations. Based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, you will oversee daily warehouse activities and ensure inventory accuracy.

You will lead continuous improvement initiatives, support external audits, and guarantee excellent service delivery to internal and external customers across energy, marine, and industrial sectors.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receipt, storage, picking and dispatch of goods.
• Manage inventory control, cycle counts, stock discrepancies, and reporting.
• Investigate errors and implement corrective actions to improve warehouse performance.
• Generate and review operational reports, including cycle counts and quarantined stock.
• Support warehouse operations, including providing cover for the Warehouse Operative when required.
• Manage third-party couriers, freight forwarders, and equipment maintenance schedules.
• Monitor overtime, holiday, and absence requests in line with operational needs.
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping, safety, and stock of consumable materials.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service levels.

Cable Solutions Worldwide is a leading provider of off-the-shelf and bespoke cable solutions to the oil & gas, subsea, shipbuilding, and renewable energy sectors. We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to support the General Manager in delivering safe, efficient, and customer-focused warehouse operations. The successful candidate will oversee daily warehouse activities, maintain inventory accuracy, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure excellent service delivery to both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Supervisory Training.
• Full UAE Driving Licence.
• Experience within cable distribution is preferred.
