Job Description:
We are looking for a
Storekeeper In-Charge to manage inventory and supplies for our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling food & beverage stock, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring accurate stock levels
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials properly
- Maintain inventory records and conduct regular stock checks
- Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely procurement of goods
- Monitor stock movement and minimize wastage
- Follow food safety and storage guidelines
- Prepare reports on stock levels, purchases, and consumption trends
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience as a storekeeper in the F&B or hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control
- Proficiency in using inventory management software
- Ability to handle food & beverage stock with care and maintain quality standards
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
