We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Specialist - 6 Months Contract Role for one of our Government clients to be based out of their Dubai office.

Job Purpose:

The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations within the warehouse. This includes receiving, storing, and distributing materials, equipment, and products. The Warehouse Specialist ensures that all warehouse activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC).

Job Description:

  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
  • Store materials and products in designated locations using appropriate methods.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts.
  • Prepare and process orders for shipment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate and optimize warehouse operations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
