The Warehouse Shift Leader supervises warehouse staff during shifts, handles incoming deliveries, and maintains inventory records. Responsibilities include picking and packing orders, loading and unloading trucks, operating equipment, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety. The role involves coordinating tasks with team members, assisting with inventory counts, preparing linen and housekeeping materials, replenishing liquids, and maintaining maintenance material records.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervising and coordinating the activities of warehouse staff in their respective shift.

Receiving and inspecting incoming Delivery of goods

Sorting and organizing products in the warehouse

Maintaining accurate inventory records and tracking stock levels

Picking, packing, and preparing orders for Deliveries

Loading and unloading trucks and Delivery Vans

Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.

Maintenance Material Records next shift.

Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse

Following safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries

Communicating with other team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and resolve issues

Assisting with periodic inventory counts and audits.

Replenishment of liquids

Requirements:

Experience in warehouse coordination or a similar role

Strong organizational and supervisory skills & Excel , google sheet and Microsoft word

Ability to receive, inspect, sort, and organize products

Proficiency in maintaining accurate inventory records

Skills in picking, packing, and preparing orders for delivery

Experience with loading and unloading trucks and delivery vans

Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks

Commitment to ensuring cleanliness and organization in the warehouse

Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines

Effective communication skills for coordinating tasks and resolving issues
