Job summary

Napco National in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Warehouse Officer to oversee inbound and outbound materials, ensure accurate receiving and shipping, and uphold FIFO storage.

You will monitor storage space utilization, control inventories, and strictly follow safety procedures, 5S practices, and the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) to maintain a safe, efficient warehouse.

Coordinate with rented warehouse landlords and supervise forklift drivers to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Incoming materials: Monitors the receipt of:
  • Finished goods from production
  • Rejected goods from customers
  • Raw materials from affiliates
  • Raw material from vendors
  • Return from production
  • Transfer between warehouses
• Outgoing materials: Monitors the delivery of:
  • Finished goods to customers
  • Raw materials to production
• Material storage: Monitors the storage efficiency and space utilization in the warehouses.
• Management: Executes the processes and procedures of company’s QMS. Fulfills the requirements of 5S practices. Follows up on all warehouse activities: incoming and outgoing material and their proper storage methods including FIFO. Conducts the periodical RM and FG inventories in all warehouses. Implements strictly to safety procedures the company to ensure a safe and secure warehouse. Coordinates with rented warehouses landlords.
