Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Certification in Warehouse Operations, Logistics, or Inventory Management is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, loading, and dispatch operations.
• Monitor inventory movements and ensure stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock reconciliations.
• Allocate tasks and manage warehouse staff to ensure operational efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures, company policies, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with logistics, transportation, and operations teams to ensure timely movement of goods.
• Monitor warehouse equipment and report maintenance requirements.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate operational records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Optimize warehouse space utilization and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct employee training, coaching, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained throughout the warehouse.
• Support management in achieving operational KPIs and service level targets.
