Job description

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving storage picking packing and dispatch
  

• Ensure accurate inventory control and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO)
  

• Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization
  

• Lead and supervise warehouse staff; assign tasks and monitor performance
  

• Implement and maintain warehouse SOPs and safety standards
  

• Coordinate with supply chain logistics procurement and sales teams
  

• Oversee timely and accurate order fulfillment to meet delivery schedules
  

• Manage stock audits cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
  

• Track KPIs (order accuracy OTIF stock loss warehouse efficiency etc.)
  

• Handle maintenance of warehouse equipment and infrastructure
  

• Ensure compliance with local regulations and health & safety guidelines
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Logistics Supply Chain or related field
  

• 5 years of warehouse management experience (FMCG experience preferred)
  

• Strong knowledge of WMS/ERP systems and MS Office (especially Excel)
  

• Proven leadership planning and decision-making skills
  

• Hands-on experience with inventory control inbound/outbound logistics
  

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced high-volume environment
  

• Knowledge of HSE standards in warehouse operations
