Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Location: Dubai

Core Functional Responsibilities:

Real-Time Data Utilization: Using SAP Business One and Excel for real-time data insights to improve accuracy, track inventory, and optimize labor costs

Quality and Quantity Assurance: Verifying the quality and quantity of all incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring they align with company standards

Logistics and Workflow Management: Overseeing the logistics of receiving, warehousing, and dispatch operations, optimizing workflows through automation

Warehouse Automation: Implementing and managing automated systems to streamline processes, reduce manual tasks, and improve operational speed

Inventory Management: Conducting physical counts and reconciling with SAP Business One for accurate stock levels and minimal discrepancies

Security Protocols: Establishing and enforcing procedures to safeguard warehouse assets and operations

Warehouse Layout Optimization: Designing and adjusting layouts for maximum space utilization and workflow efficiency.

Budgeting and Financial Analysis: Preparing annual budgets, monitoring expenditures, and analyzing variances to achieve financial goals

Return-to-Vendor (RTV) Management: Monitoring RTVs and deliveries, reducing errors, and ensuring smooth operational processes

Team Management and Development: Recruiting, training, and supervising warehouse staff to drive productivity and efficiency

Performance and Efficiency Tracking: Utilizing KPIs and data analytics to monitor team performance and implement improvements

Key Competencies:

Automation and Technology Proficiency: Expertise in SAP Business One, Excel, and warehouse system automation

Financial Acumen: Skilled in budgeting, tracking expenses, and variance analysis

Inventory and Stock Control: Advanced knowledge of inventory management practices and accuracy control

Operational and Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry best practices and operational standards

Organizational and Communication Skills: Strong organizational abilities with excellent communication to lead and collaborate effectively

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years in warehouse management, with a focus on technology-driven environments
